Gemini February Stars

General:
Even though Jupiter, planet of luck's first full month in your career sector should be a month where there is a lot of focus on your professional game, there's a need to keep your options open. The month begins with the Sun and Venus both in a very adventurous part of your chart, where you will find them at this time every year. This brings a reluctance to commit to anything too soon, especially as at the start of the month anyway, your heart isn't yet fully engaged and the Sun isn't able to put the light needed onto your professional game. You will benefit from being able to step back and explore your options, gathering as much information and as many life experiences as possible. Venus' return to your career sector on the 12th February and the Sun's on the 19th February sets the scene for some of the luckiest professional weeks in a decade, peaking on the 16th to 18th February and again on the 28th February. This leaves you time at the start of the month to tie up loose ends on the financial front, with Mercury not due to leave your financial sector until the 10th February.

Love:
Saturn, planet of honesty and conviction spends his first full month in retrograde motion in your romantic sector and as it won't be until the 10th February that he seems to make any progress, you can be forgiven for thinking that things had stalled. Your biggest danger this month lies in using that as an excuse, telling yourself that there's not much happening there, so you may as well focus on the huge professional opportunities opening up this month. Yet do that at your own peril, for Saturn is in retrograde motion and at a standstill for a reason. He's taking you on a trip down memory lane that is the very opposite to a sightseeing trip and he's stopped where he has for a reason. Look at where things have become stalled and ask why here, why now? While Saturn will leave your romantic sector for 15 weeks, between April and July, this is a process he's dedicating most of the next 3 years to. While things are moving slowly or not at all on the romantic front, there is a need to take things even more seriously than before.

Money:
A lot of water has passed under the bridge since Mercury, planet of communication and smart thinking and your ruling planet, moved into your financial sector on the 6th December. Since then the Sun and Venus have come and gone, Mercury has spent 3 weeks in retrograde motion and you have had a lunar eclipse in your income sector and a solar eclipse here in your financial sector, just last month. With Mercury due to leave your financial sector on the 10th February, it's his final few days here that is all about putting the finishing touches to your game plan and tying up any loose ends. The Moon moves into your financial sector on the same day that Mercury leaves, aligning first with Pluto and then a day later with the North Node, both positioned in your financial sector for the whole of 2010. This gives you an intuitive edge that coupled with Mercury's smart and strategic edge, leaves you with a clear sense of what you're committing to. With your income sector not active until the 20th May, have your antennas up when the Moon visits between the 24th and 26th February. This will be the Moon's second visit to your income sector since Jupiter moved into your career sector last month, but his first since the Sun and Venus arrives, on the 19th and 14th February.

Business:
After all the fanfare of Jupiter's return to your career sector last month, for the first time since February 1999, as you move into the new month there's very little sign that things are any different than in the past. But don't be fooled or deceived by perceptions, for underneath the surface professional forces are building that are a powder keg of opportunities just waiting for the right spark. That spark is likely to come on the 12th February, when for the first time since 1999 Venus joins Jupiter in your career sector. It's there that they'll align on the 16th/18th February, for the first time in your career sector since 1998, 12 years ago. When the planets of desire and luck join forces, this creates the spark that will get things moving, for it's at that point that your heart becomes involved. Venus moves into your career sector on the 12th February but the Sun doesn't arrive until a full week later, on the 19th February. As recently as mid January they were only a day apart, but the distance Venus has created makes this initial phase in a new professional journey all about your heart and your professional desires. The Sun and Jupiter will align on the 28th February, turning a month that had a slow start into potentially one of the most important professional months of the year.
