Scorpio September Stars

General:
You would be hard pressed to find a month that had greater contrasts, both in terms of how distinct it is from August and how the month itself almost seems to have a line drawn down the middle, with two separate halves. While the challenges of last month are easing considerably, especially those on the work, home and personal fronts and managing to be able to pace yourself more and not feel so stressed, the early days of the month are still going to be very busy. With Jupiter, planet of luck in your work sector until the 9th September and because there will be no more activity in either of your professional houses once he leaves, there is a very urgent need to put everything you have into getting things on track. Yet it's almost like the 9th September is going to come with a light switch, so sudden is the shift that happens on that day. For it's on the 9th September that Venus, planet of love, returns to your sign and kicks off your most important Venus return since 2002, on the very same day that Jupiter shifts his focus from your work sector to your romantic and creative sector. What are the odds of Jupiter returning to your romantic sector, his first double dip visit in 60 years, within hours of Venus beginning her longest visit to your sign in 8 years. If life has been all work and no play and you're wondering when you're going to get a break, put it in your diary - the 9th September.

Love:
If life has been all work and responsibility and no play, then both Venus and Jupiter, the planets of love and luck, are out to change that. Within the space of just 13 hours everything is going to change and that date is the 9th September. Within the space of just one day Venus and Jupiter are going to move out of opposing signs, which caused so much pressure last month, with Jupiter moving back to your romantic sector and Venus, planet of love, moving forward to your sign. Whether it's because they were both out for bragging rights or they're playing the game of one upmanship, neither seems to want to be outdone from the other. Venus' return to your sign kicks off your Venus return and a brand new Venus cycle and what is normally some of the most romantic weeks of the year. You have the planet of love working with you, to point your heart and your love life in the right direction. Yet instead of staying her usual 3 ½ to 4 weeks, Venus won't leave your sign until the 8th January, spending all but 22 days in November here. This is your longest and most important Venus return since 2002. But then when you look at what's happening in your romantic sector, an ordinary Venus return just wouldn't do, with Jupiter making his first double dip visit to your romantic sector in 60 years and aligning with Uranus for his first few weeks back. This is Jupiter and Uranus, the planets of luck and synchronicity's first alignment in your romantic sector since the Dark Ages and I mean literally, not how long it feels since love smiled on you.

Money:
Even though Mars, planet of passion, drive and ambition won't reach your income sector until the 28th October, this is what forces on the work front are already pinning all their financial hopes on. There has been no planetary activity in your income sector since last December, but since then there has been an extraordinary amount of activity in both your professional houses. Your career sector had been almost continuously active from October 2009 to August 2010, including Mars' epic 8 month visit, the longest amount of time he's spent in your career sector in 47 years. It's since December that there have been dramatic changes on the work front, with Uranus reaching your work sector on the 28th May, for the first time since 1975 and Jupiter on the 6th June. While there was a lot of professional pressure last month, with Jupiter in your work sector until the 9th September there is no doubt, that in the time since your income sector was last active there has been an extraordinary amount of professional activity. In fact, since the Sun left your income sector on the 22nd December 2009 there hasn't been a moment that either your work or career sectors and for the majority of the time both, haven't been active. But what you haven't had is the income momentum that goes with it. That will change dramatically when Mars reaches your income sector on the 28th October, so until then every ounce of your energy needs to go into your professional game. Even though Jupiter will leave your work sector on the 9th September, a Full Moon on the 23rd September and another on the 23rd October will keep the momentum going.

Business:
The last miles in any journey are always the hardest, because you're not only worn out, but the mental discipline that keeps you focused begins to slip once the finishing line comes into view. As tempting as it might be to rest on your laurels or to convince yourself that because you're overworked that you need to pace yourself, you still need to keep going. However, burning out at the 11th Hour is going to be just as counterproductive as not finding your second wind, with a need to find the right balance between doing enough and doing too much. This is no vague finishing line, with the 9th September the date when you can finally let your guard down. Until then there hasn't been a moment since the 17th October that neither your career or work sectors haven't been active and in that time you've some extraordinary forces come into play. But it's once Jupiter, planet of luck, leaves your work sector on the 9th September that they'll be no more activity in either of your professional houses until he returns in January. So by the 9th September you need to have gained enough momentum, have enough speed going and to be pointed in the right direction, so that you're able to stay on track. You won't be totally left on your own though, with a pair of Full Moons in your work sector, on the 23rd September and the 23rd October keeping you on track.
