Chinese Astrology

Chinese Astrology appears more complicated than it actually is and while there are plenty of excellent books available to delve into the deeper practices, for the purposes of this page I’m sticking to the basics and hopefully taking some of the mystery out of this wonderful astrological system, which has been around for thousands of years.

Year of the Rabbit
The Year of the Rabbit runs from 21st February 2023 to 10th February 2024. Here you can read an overview of what kind of year this is - read here. This is more about knowing the nature of the Rabbit, for by knowing the Rabbit you can get a feel for the influence this will have on the year itself. This does not look specifically at how you will fare in the Year of the Tiger, but the Rabbit Horoscopes do that.

Rabbit Horoscopes
Following on from the Year of the Rabbit overview, the Rabbit Horoscopes are a Horoscope for each of the 12 Animal years and how you will fare specifically, in the Year of the Rabbit. This is a Horoscope for the whole of the Year of the Rabbit, which begins on 21st January 2023 and will run until 10th February 2024. Here I explain the influence the Year of the Rabbit will have on you, the opportunities and challenges.

Chinese Weekly Horoscopes

The Rabbit Horoscopes look at the Year of the Rabbit as a whole and the impact this will have for the Animal year you were born in. For the Weekly Chinese Horoscopes, I not only look at the lunar year (in this case the Year of the Pig) but the lunar month as well. Here I burrow down to what is happening each specific week, looking at the impact each week's cosmic conditions are having on you with respect to your Chinese chart.

On the Cusp (Chinese)

You only need to read this page if you are a Capricorn or an Aquarian. Even then, if you are a Capricorn the only reason you need to visit this page is to read the difference being a December or a January born Capricorn has on determining which Animal Year you were born in. You can only truly be on the cusp and therefore may need more help in determining what Animal Year you were born in, if you are an Aquarian.
